Recent heavy rains in Australia have revealed a unique phenomenon and it's super huge!
A picture of a giant earthworm is making the rounds on social media and it's making worldwide headlines.
An Australian woman, Kelli Mace discovered a rather large earthworm in the back of her yard following recent heavy rains. According to Mashable, the earthworm, known as digaster longmani is a native species found in the southeast of the state as well as northern New South Wales.

Kelli took a picture of the enormous snake-like worm and sent it to television station, Channel Seven. It's said that the worm can grow up to two metres long, but normally average one metre in length.
