If you know me, you would know that yoga is my life. When people think of me, they think yoga. It's something that I can't live without. I have been known to practice my yoga in strange places. Thankfully, Cosmopolitan reported that she made it out alive and unharmed as she took to her Twitter account to post her picture-perfect woods yoga selfie.

Maybe she just got swept away in the heat of the moment? Either way, please be safe out there while attempting to capture those picture-perfect moments. It could end in disaster if you're not careful!
