Change your toothbrush or else...

If you haven't changed your toothbrush in the last three months you have to read this!
Brushing your teeth is part of life, mandatory for your oral health and hygiene - to get rid of germs and bacteria.
But what happens when you don't change your toothbrush every three or four months?
According to Suzanne Fischard, the following gross things can happen to you:
1. Gum Damage
"Bristles get worn down after a few months. If your brushes are fraying, you might be brushing too hard and causing damage to your gum tissue — which can lead to recession and sensitivity," says Dr. Fischard. Yikes!
2. You cold get flu
If you've had flu before and never changed your toothbrush, you're most likely to catch the flu again. The flu virus lives in moist areas, making your toothbrush the perfect place to fester.

3. You could ingest fecal matter...yes, it's true!
Your toothbrush contains bacteria from your mouth and from where you store it (usually the toilet!) According to KISS1065 60 percent of brushes stored in the bathroom have a little fecal matter on them!! Ewwwww!
