According to the Guardian, the former president of South Africa received medical treatment the day after a court ruled he should return to prison.
The spokesperson of the former president did add that the trip was indeed not a secret.

"He will be returning to the country once his doctors have completed their treatment," says Mzwanele Manyi, spokesperson for former president Jacob Zuma.
