BACK TO WORK - Would you rather work remotely or in the office?

Decreasing COVID-19 cases has meant that people can make their way back to the office.

Nicholas Bloom, an economist at Stanford University, had been studying work-from-home arrangements for years before the pandemic happened.


In his research, reports have revealed that 40% report being more efficient at home, 45% say they are about equally efficient, and only 15% say they are less efficient. 

The team were able to talk to him further as he spoke about the difference working remotely has meant:

As he mentions above, one of the aspects that make people work more efficient is not having to travel to and from work. Taking the bus or the taxi or even driving might drain one before they even begin work. 

Some companies, like ours, works so much better with face-to-face interaction. It means chemistry on-air and better quality content for our listeners. This could be the same for a brainstorm session, maybe.
