Awww! Doctor calms baby during blood tests by singing to her
Updated | By East Coast Breakfast
We all know babies are terrified of needles, but one doctor may have found a trick to soothing a baby during the process.
Dr Ryan Coetzee at Raigmore Hospital in Inverness, Scotland sweetly sang 'Unforgettable' by Nat King Cole to a little girl as she sat on the table to have her blood drawn.
The baby, who has Down Syndrome, was completely mesmerised by the doctor - and she didn't even cry. Shannon Wemyss, the mother, posted the video on Facebook. It has received a huge amount of attention.

“My daughter is usually distraught getting bloods done, she has had them done a huge amount of times but never has had a reaction quite like this, not one tear,” said the mom on her Facebook page.
She added: “I have never met a doctor quite like this one, absolutely amazing. He had a smile on everyone’s face. An example of a job being more than a pay check at the end of the month. He has made our day."
