Acting Chief Harbour Master, Captain Sabelo Mdlalose, gives answers to the questions which many have, such as why there are so many ships in the harbour and whether it's a cause for concern.

The vessels are destined for other countries but are no longer allowed to go where they are supposed to - they are anchored along the coast. This is due to the global pandemic and the restriction on imports and exports.

Many vessels have requested to dock at the Durban Harbour until the restrictions have been lifted.
