3-Ingredient Coffee Ice Cream

I always wanted an ice cream maker but checking out this recipe, I realised I don’t actually need one. 

I found a quick and easy way to make coffee-flavoured ice cream. 

I haven’t tried it out yet but I will soon. In fact, I know I’m going to love it and so will my hips;)

Let me know if you try it out before I do. 

Ingredients

3 Tbsp instant coffee powder

2 Tbsp water to dissolve the coffee

1/2 can sweetened condensed milk

About 500ml whipping cream, whipped

Place some instant coffee into a bowl and stir in water, sweet and condensed milk, and whipping cream.

Combine these ingredients together with a mixer until stiff.

Place in the freezer for about 2-3 hours until set. Enjoy!
