There was an unexpected twist on a recent episode of 'The Bachelor: Vietnam'.
The popular TV show 'The Bachelor' is known for its ups, downs, and dramatic moments. But viewers of 'The Bachelor: Vietnam' were certainly not expecting the show to go extremely left.
During the rose ceremony, one of the female contestants said that she needed to leave the show because she was in love with someone else - and it turns out it was one of the other female contestants. Ouch!

"I went into this competition to find love, but I’ve found that love for myself. But it isn’t you. It’s someone else,” contestant Minh Thu told bachelor Nguyen Quoc Trung.
Thu found herself crying in the arms of Nhu, the woman she was in love with, who she begged to come home with her. Nhu handed her rose back to Trung and chose to leave. However, it was reported that in a bizarre twist, she came back and decided to accept the rose after all.

After seeing this, something about it reminds me of the time I got dumped by my first girlfriend at a Charity Fair back in 2007 on our first date.
The only difference is that this guy still has other options to pick from. She did the same thing as 'The Bachelor' contestant did. She left me standing high and dry as she walked away with her new found partner to enjoy the fun rides.

In retrospect, I shouldn't have grabbed her arm to ask her what was going on because it was quite obvious. It was then that she dropped the bomb on me: "Sbu, I don't like you anymore". It was then that I realised that I just got dumped, and it hurt badly.
