When you visit Checkers and get distracted by the Sixty60 bike

Could this be the most relatable thing?

The idea of going to the shop feels so old-school now that online shopping reigns as a premium way of shopping.

But there's something nostalgic about visiting a brick-and-mortar store. It brings up a sense of excitement for the child in you who had hope that going to the shop meant you were getting a treat.

It could be a milkshake or a chocolate; if you were lucky, you might score a toy. Even as an adult, we can still get excited about the toys that are around today.

Watch as this Durbanite got a bit too nostalgic when he found the kid's Checkers Sixty60 delivery bike.

If anything, this is a valid reason for forgetting the bread that mom asked you to get...

What amazed us even more than other people going to the store and forgetting to buy stuff (because they get distracted) was the idea that others also got onto the bikes and played when they visited their Checkers

We are not sure, but we think Kaldin, the guy on the Checkers Sixty60 delivery bike, was a crowd-pleaser as he also attracted many comments questioning why he didn't have the delivery driver onesie or overall.

Check out some of the comments.

  • "I live alone and I do this. Go to the store to BUY ONE THING. come back home and realise I didn’t get it"
  • "I thought I was the only one"
  • "You're missing the onesie!"
  • "Aai wena And the matching outfit????"
  • "Do it again with the onesie. I'll pay for the bread"
