Hmmm... we are undecided.
We've seen some crazy food trends in China, from chilli-infused coffee to stir-fried river rocks.
These are all part of what the Chinese call 'Dark Cuisine'.

The spring onion latte is the most recent 'trend' that has spread like wildfire. A latte that is made by adding chopped spring onion or scallions.

Experimenting with different flavours has proved to be successful in the past, cue Vanilla or Hazelnut Lattes. But this is an extreme concoction that Coffee Mate called a 'Forbidden Soup'.
