How do you and your friends pay when you go out for a meal?

Sharing a meal with friends is one of the best ways to take a break from the daily grind. It’s a chance to relax, unwind, and reset after a hectic week.

When it’s time to settle the bill, though, things can sometimes get a little complicated, especially if no one kept tabs on who ordered what.

To keep things simple, many people prefer to split the bill evenly.

For those feeling a bit more adventurous, there’s also a trend that once took the internet by storm: bank card roulette.

The rules are simple – everyone puts their bank cards on the table and leaves it up to the server to decide who pays for the meal.

A group of friends recently shared their experience playing bank card roulette while dining out, and the unlucky "winner" wasn’t quite ready for the gamble.

As the waitress scanned the cards laid out on the table, she reached for one that appeared to be a black bank card.

Since black cards are often linked to premium or high-status accounts, many viewers took to the comments to joke that this was exactly why she picked it.

Watch the video from Instagram below.

It's clear he wasn't having it as he desperately tried to get his bank card back from the waitress.

We're not sure what happened next, but it was amusing to watch his reaction – he's definitely not the gambling type...
