Check out this cloud dessert at a 3 Michelin Star restaurant

Who said watching the rain wasn't a tasty affair?
Cloudy with a chance of meatballs has nothing on this dessert called the Cloud Dessert from the 3-Michelin-Starred restaurant El Celler de Can Roca.
We came across a video online that showed a server scooping up bubbles from a glass vase (which is a bubble machine). She then transports the bubbles to a diner's dish; before this, the bubbles attempt an escape by floating away, but she catches them.
Bubbles usually transport us to childhood memories of blowing bubbles with a wand, washing dishes, or taking a bubble bath. So, it was interesting to see how these chefs have incorporated bubbles into an edible dessert.
"The El Celler de Can Roca is the Roca brothers' most definitive—yet never fully finished—project. Its ongoing evolution has continued for over 35 years, with a formula where repetition is beauty and innovation is cadence: authenticity, boldness, generosity and hospitality." (El Cellar de Can Roca)
Their 3 Michelin Star restaurant has a choice of delectable food, but one of their most popular desserts, The Cloud Dessert, has amazed many people. The dessert is made with a "cloud of distilled mushrooms that condensates to release aromatic drops, as if it were rain. It's "anchored" to the plate, or else it would fly to the ceiling." (Instagram)
Imagine watching a cloud rain on your dessert? It's all about the theatrics; now more than ever, this reinforces the science behind cooking.
