A woman's actions during a hijacking in Gauteng have divided social media, with some calling her brave, while others are calling her moves risky and dangerous.
CCTV footage has exposed what must be Gauteng’s most gumptious granny.
After being followed into her yard by hijackers, they got out of their car and tried to get into her vehicle by banging on her windows and pointing guns at her.

However, instead of opening her doors, the woman took a chance by hitting reverse and slamming the hijackers' smaller car behind her. As the hijackers make a desperate attempt to flee, the granny just continues to ram her vehicle into them.

Some have hailed the woman as a hero, while others have said that her actions were irresponsible and that she was lucky to have got away with it.

- Don't resist if you are hijacked; your life is way more valuable than your material possessions.
