Dog is finally unchained after 15 years

Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring - Bear slept outside, locked up with a heavy chain.

Thankfully, after pressure from a rescue charity, he was finally freed.

After the chain was cut, it was a trip to the dog groomer, a run in the park, and a long walk on the beach, for the very first time in his life!

A call from someone in the community reported the dog being tied up and that's when the rescue charity stepped in.
