Argentinian locals shocked by goat born with 'face of the devil'

Sometimes when browsing through my newsfeeds, I come across some hilarious stories. On the flip side, there are also some very strange and peculiar ones that always grab my attention.
Remember a few weeks back I chatted about the half-sheep, half-human creature that was born? Well, just when I thought that I had seen it all, I came across this picture of a goat that has left the internet a bit confused.

According to reports by The Sun, an Argentinian goat owner was left shocked when she saw the face of her newborn goat that had ‘protruding eyes’ and a flat, human-like face.
As bizarre as that is, sadly, the goat was stillborn - but the images attracted international attention after some people were so shocked at what they saw that they shared the pictures with local police, who sent an officer to the farm to investigate.
Investigate? When I read that I was left a bit surprised myself, as how are the police meant to investigate this?
I need your help on this one. Are people just over-reacting here or should something like this be investigated further?
