Young American girl says she is driving to Africa
"Why are you going to Africa...because the coolest people are there..."
Of course, without tooting our horn too much, we can acknowledge that our continent has the most incredible people in the world.
And it was pretty humbling to hear a young American child attesting this fact to her mother.
A video shared on social media shows a young girl wearing her backpack (she looked like a splitting image of Dora the Explorer), telling her mother how she was going to Africa.
We were impressed with her confidence in knowing her plans and answering her mother's questions.
When her mother asked her why she was moving to Africa, she said it was because of the "coolest people". It was the last revelation of her plans that left both her mother and us laughing out loud.
Mom informs her that she won't be able to travel on the plane with the drink she is carrying, and this young 'do-gooder' says that she won't be flying but driving to Africa.
