While most spiders are harmless to humans, they remain a creature that strikes fear in many around the world. Large, hairy arachnids are especially known to be terrifying, so when one woman found a massive spider living in her extractor fan, she freaked out.
Sharing the details of the discovery on social media, Georgia Knight recorded “the most disgusting thing [she’s] ever seen” as she embarked on a mission to remove the critter from the area that she cooks most of her food.

“Oi, there’s a f*cking spider in my extractor fan light and it’s f*cking massive,” Georgia can be heard saying before turning the camera around to reveal the large critter. The spider can be clearly seen as the light from the fan which sits above the hob is switched on.

Naturally, viewers were dying to know what Georgie did next? Did she manage to remove the spider? Did she call the exterminators? Did she switch the light off and pretend like she never saw what she did?
Luckily, in a follow-up video, Georgia spilled the beans and revealed that she did try and remove the massive spider herself, which wound up being dead.

“He’s currently still up there, and I’m assuming he’s dead because he hasn’t moved when I poke it, he’s not moving,” Georgia says in the second clip. “So, I’m going to try and get it out using my little screwdriver.”
@georgia_knight_ Here is the video everyone, i was shitting myself so your welcome😂 #fyp #spider #viral

Georgia goes on to open the panel and removes the spider and other dead bugs only to discover massive cobwebs around the area as well.
Luckily, after cleaning the panel, Georgia can rest easy knowing that no creepy crawlies are getting into her dinner in the near future.
