What is intermittent fasting and is it really that good for you?

Carol Ofori sat down and spoke to dietician Amy Hilliar to find out more about this new dieting craze.
There seems to be a new diet or wellness plan popping up on our radars every week.

Celebrities reveal their meal plans (usually set up by a wellness expert) or a magazine informs you that "THIS IS HOW YOU SHOULD BE EATING!"
So is the case with intermittent fasting, which has taken over our timelines in the last year.

But the real question is: how many of us really do the homework to see if these new eating or exercise plans would actually benefit us?
The same thing won't necessarily work for everyone.

Carol was also intrigued by this intermittent fasting thing and since it's that time of the year where people are focusing on their "summer bodies" (whatever that might mean to you), she thought it would be good to get some clarity.
