What does Easter mean to the Ofori family...
Updated | By East Coast Radio
It's that time of year where family is celebrated and religious sacrifices are remembered...

Family.
This word has so much depth and meaning to it, and comes with a whole host of connotations for many.
Some can't live without their families, some don't mind the space, and, well, others take time during specific periods to spend time with their family.
Either way, family is something that is closely related to religious holidays - and serves as a firm reminder of what is important in life.
This is why we asked Daytime Diva, Carol Ofori, what Easter means to her and her family.
She, of course, has been living in KwaZulu-Natal now for some time but is still finding her feet when it comes to finding her spiritual home.
But this time of year reminds her of the journey that Christ took for his people.
It is a very special time for me and for my family. Good Friday is monumentous, and the reflection period that happens on Good Friday and the resurrects on Sunday is also very special. But of course, for the kids as well they do enjoy a good Easter Hunt. Easter is very important to me and my family.- Carol Ofori
