What are the Oforis up to this Christmas?

"I make a really good..."
Whether or not you celebrate the religious holiday of Christmas, this time of year brings everyone together. And the one thing that brings everyone together besides love of course, is food...
And there's no exception to the rule when it comes to Carol Ofori and her family. She shared some special traditions when it comes to celebrating Christmas and we wanted to share them with you.
Carol will be spending Christmas with her family in Johannesburg this year, and they are all excited about welcoming a new member to their family as her sister is expecting.
She said that her sister is hosting them this year and will be treating them with a catered meal this year. Yay, no washing up...
Come on, you know that no one likes to be in the kitchen on Christmas.
But, usually, Carol loves to make a classic trifle for her Christmas lunch, and she wasn't shy to admit that it's a bomb of a trifle. And then of course what would Christmas lunch be without a roast chicken?
And the cutest part was when she shared that her husband always makes an effort to put the Christmas tree up. This year was extra special because they had two, one in Durban and one in Johannesburg, the treat was that he even added Christmas lights for the kids this year.

All in all it will be a fun-filled Christmas for the Oforis and Carol is super excited to be around family and make more happy memories.
Stay safe and happy this merry season, and take time out for you...
