Updated | By East Coast Radio
Carol Ofori celebrates Nokuthula Magwaza, a woman with a host of talents spreading her wisdom through a host of niches.
Today, Carol Ofori's Woman Crush Wednesday is a lady who is described as a "Marketing Maven".
Nokuthula 'Nox' Magwaza is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned marketer who is passionate about developing and nurturing consumer and personal brands for growth. She’s a mother of two, an avid runner, and a traveller.
Nox is the founder and MD of an award-winning marketing and advertising agency called, Bloom Marketing, as well as digital agency, Bloom Infinite. She is also the CEO of an award-winning Make-up MOB Boutique and founder and business coach at Bloom Inside Out, a woman-centric leadership development and capacity-building company for Business and Personal Growth.
Not only is she the former Deputy Chairperson for the Women In Business Forum of the Durban Chamber of Commerce, but she is also a staunch women advocate who recently launched an e-book entitled, 'Born to Bloom'.
They say you can tell a lot about someone based on what their team says about them. From the looks of it, Nox is loved by her team, who seem to sing praise for her on social media.
Her team said that Nox makes their workplace a creative playground; her simple leadership and mentorship skills are just the right mix for her employees.
Nox was also the winner of the Business Woman Association's Regional Business Achiever and Entrepreneur Award.
She was named a Fun and Fearless Female by Cosmopolitan Magazine and was recognised for her work as a black female businesswoman when she won the UMYEZANE Black Economic Achievement Award for Best Black Female Owned Business in KZN by The Department of Economic Development and Tourism in 2011 and 2012.
