#WCW: Mrs South Africa semi-finalist Andile Pieterson is our woman crush today...
Updated | By East Coast Radio
We celebrate 33-year-old mom, wife, and optometrist from Ballito, KZN, Andile Pieterson.
As we celebrate another Woman Crush Wednesday, we also celebrate one of KZN's thriving businesswomen, who happens to also be one of the semi-finalists of Mrs South Africa, Andile Pieterson.
Andile doesn't just have mother and wife in her belt notches, but she is also a qualified optometrist. Andile, along with her twin sister Ayanda, who is also an optometrist, run a foundation called TwinsOnEyes. TwinsOnEyes is a service they offer children at underprivileged schools.
Carol Ofori had Andile Pieterson in studio today to chat about her journey with Mrs South Africa. Most importantly, she got to ask her how she manages to juggle wearing so many hats. Her response was so honest and humble.

Sharing that Mrs South Africa is not about the pageant mindset but is an organisation that focuses their energy on uplifting and empowering women, was not just insightful but inspiring.
Andile admitted that entering was fueled by the effect that the pandemic had on her personally. She did this for herself, and could only do it with the support and help from her husband and sister.
If you would like to vote for her, you can SMS 'Andile Pieterson' to 47587 (SMSes charged at R3) or you can visit the Mrs South Africa Facebook page or Instagram page to vote for her.
