Buffets are not for everyone, but they certainly are a popular option for people who want to enjoy various types of food in one sitting.
It is a great value for money option as well when you are hard on cash and want the option to eat as much as you want.

Poppy Paints shared her experience on TikTok and claimed that she was “fat-shamed” at an all-you-can-eat restaurant.
She went on to say that the restaurant charged her double the rate because she 'ate too much'. Ironic isn't it, considering it is was an "all-you-eat restaurant".
"When she inquired about the price, she was told she had eaten “too much”. In the comments, the TikTok user revealed that she refused to double-pay for the meal, writing that she “argued and only paid for the one flat rate." (MSN)
