A beautiful moment that shows us that we can live happily ever after...
We have all been privy to the stereotypes that obviously stem from some sort of truth when it comes to blended families. If you don't know what a blended family is, well, simply put it is, "a family consisting of a couple, the children they have had together, and their children from previous relationships." (Dictionary)
From the awkwardness, the heartbreak, the acting out, and the bitterness, the emotions are definitely varied and endless in nature. Many families are just good at adapting, but some families truly find difficulty in finding the best way forward.
Getting married is definitely one of the top listers on the list of milestone moments in one's life, well, for most people anyway. So when you form part of a blended family, and have two fathers, there's no doubt that you would naturally digress toward your father when it comes to having the honour of giving you away...
And as much as that sounds like the natural choice, it is also the choice that many families would make to maintain order, a sense of calm. We wouldn't want to hurt anyone's feelings, or cause a riot...
So when we saw this video, it did one thing for certain, it broke that stereotype that hovers over blended families, and erupted with following the natural order of fairytales. It showed us that there can be a happily ever after.
When one father can forget about the 'me' and 'I' and extend his hand to make it about the 'us' and 'our'. And, anyway, who said you are only limited to one father of the bride moment, without further ado, here comes the bride and her fathers...

We thought this video shared so much in such a short space of time, it teaches us that we can all live in harmony, we can have it all even if we don't achieve the idealist version of a happily ever after.
It's all about what we make the situation and the circumstance, not what we allow others to infringe on us.
