Carol Ofori asked Carol Blanche to investigate the pepperoni pizza saga in South Africa...
In true Carol Ofori style, she always takes things to the extreme, and that is why we love her. She recently claimed that she couldn't find a pizzeria in South Africa that included actual pepperoni on their pizzas - they all used salami and called it pepperoni.
Since today is National Pepperoni Pizza Day, she decided to ask for help from her counterpart, Carol Blanche. She called Carol Blanche last week to ask her if she would take on the case and find out what is going on with salami posing as pepperoni...

Carol Blanche wasn't very welcoming but we found that she had some time to take on this case, and low and behold she actually is a fan of pepperoni pizza and Carol Ofori (but would deny that if ever asked in public).
She decided to bring in a chef who is rising in the pizza industry and find out the truth behind salami versus pepperoni. We got an in with one of the cameramen on the Carol Blanche Show and we managed to get this footage. In honour of National Pepperoni Pizza Day, we wanted to share it with you...
