Updated | By East Coast Radio
Kristina Ozturk is a mother to 22 children at the age of 24 - and she would like 105 children in total!
Kristina Ozturk, aka the "Batumi Mama", is a 24-year-old woman from Russia who was first a mother to Victoria, who is now 6-years-old. Upon her first ever trip abroad, she met her now husband, Galip, who is from Batumi, Georgia, and is also 33 years her senior.
They had their first child together through a surrogate and that was in March 2020. His name is Mustafa. She said that after she and Galip met they both shared their dream of having a big family and immediately started putting that into action.
We love how passionate she and her husband are about having a big family. But we are not sure about the whole idea of having that many babies in such a short space of time. When it comes to babies, and children in general, there is one thing that we have learned - they need your love and your attention consistently.
Yes, with 16 nannies, there's no doubt that she has the help she needs to care for the children. But what about that bond between mother and child and giving each one of them that love individually, will that be possible?
I’m with the kids all the time, doing all the things that mums normally do. The only difference is the amount of kids. Each day is different, from planning staff schedules to shopping for my family. I can tell you one thing - my days are never boring.- Kristina Ozturk
She certainly has thought about it and we can give her props for that. Like we always say, you can't judge a book by its cover. The thing is, every family is different and as long as there is love, then you can literally overcome anything.
Plus there is no shortage of dollar signs in this family so they can sure be taken care of financially as well. Just saying! The couple has spent around R2.8 million on caring for their babies in the last two months alone.
Our romantic relationship has changed but then our whole lives have changed, not just the romantic part.- Kristina Ozturk
I’m not sure if we will be the biggest family in the world, but we are planning to be the happiest family in the world for sure.- Kristina Ozturk
So for now we are just wondering if she will reach her goal of having 100 babies...
