WATCH: Landlord gets caught red-handed in his tenant's apartment!
A woman turns to TikTok to share a video of her landlord in her room...
Traditionally, travelling and leaving your home can leave you feeling uneasy, but what makes it worse is when you return home and find video footage of someone moving around your apartment, without your consent!
Tyisha Macleod was away for a few days and asked her friend to check in on her cats and feed them. She has video cameras in her apartment for security reasons. But in this case, it wasn't a strange criminal that she caught wandering around her place, but rather her landlord.
Her landlord is seen entering her bedroom and sniffing her pillow and playing around with her bedding. Talk about being creepy! This man is caught doing this on camera and still comes back with a lame excuse.
We don't envy Tyisha in any way, it must be so unnerving knowing that someone you have entrusted is actually behaving inappropriately. We don't know what we would do in the same circumstance, probably pull out of that lease agreement with immediate effect and take the couch at anyone's place.

Many people came to her defence on her post, saying that this was illegal. It makes you think what landlords do without your knowledge... eeeek! What makes it worse is if you don't have security cameras...
Tyisha mentioned that her landlord didn't notice her cameras in her video, one TikTok'er said: "Who's to say he don't have cameras in your house." Now as much as that sounds very possible, it also makes you think about the crimes that aren't given the spotlight.
