A couple in India defy COVID-19 regulations and host their wedding mid-air on a flight.
All we hear, see, and speak nowadays is COVID-19. Yes, it has taken over the world, but how far would you go to allow it to rule your life?
This couple took things into their own hands when it came to tying the knot. It seems, they looked at COVID-19 and said, "we not going to let you stop us from getting married no matter what", but what about the harsh reality of pandemic victims in India currently?
We have all been privvy to the state of disaster that is taking over India when it comes to the pandemic. So we can't say that we understand this couple's complete ignorance to the basic adherence of the COVID-19 regulations.
They got married mid-air in the presence of guests and family inside a SpiceJet flight. The other passengers on the flight were said to be family and friends and are seen without masks in photos.

According to the Hindustan Times, the aviation regulator, DGCA, will be launching an investigation into the incident. They also said that the crew who worked the wedding flight have all been put off the roster as a safety measure.
It was also revealed that the flight was booked by a travel agent who said that it was for a group of passengers who wanted to celebrate a wedding. Implying that the wedding had happened already.
The flight was from Madurai to Bengaluru and the crew said that as much as they kept warning passengers to follow the COVID-19 protocols, they took a deaf ear to their warnings.
