WATCH: "I gave y’all ten years of my life..." An employee is videoed quitting his job after 10 years of service!

A man who gave almost a decade of service to his company, makes a very public display of anger as he quits...
We all have moments of grandeur where we feel like we can do and say anything and nothing will get us down. But when it comes to those moments do we ever consider the aftermath and all that we can lose in just a mere moment?
If we are confusing you, we apologise, we wanted to try our best to look at this man's situation and think about what he must've been thinking when he quit in such a public way. A video on TikTok shows this man stand at the front of what seems to be an information desk or reception desk and address the customers.
He is an employee at Southwest Airlines and says in the video that next month he will be celebrating ten years at the airlines. He then proceeds to recite what we initially think is going to be something positive as he even asks everyone to applaud as he reveals his tenure at the airlines.
Then it quickly takes a turn for the worst when he reveals that he received an occurrence (which is what we assume to be a warning of some sort) for a "15-minute tardy."
"I asked them for like 15 minutes, and they was like ‘no,' I gave y’all ten years of my life, and y’all can’t give me 15 minutes?"
WATCH the video below, please note that it contains vulgar language, so this is not for sensitive viewers.

A woman commented, saying that he knew Watkins: “This is my coworker Greg, yes I was at work that day!!! He’s very quiet, very kind. This was shocking and very memorable.”
Many people commented saying that they could relate and that many times it is poor management that don't appreciate good employees. The video has over 4 million views currently and almost 6,000 comments.

We can't imagine what must have transpired for him to have reached this point, but we think that after serving almost a decade at one place, perhaps it would have been better to approach your resignation in a different way. But then we don't know the full story here...
The thing is that it is a stressful time for everyone and sometimes we can't look to our leaders for guidance and understanding, we have to look inward and self motivate.
And if you feel like you are being unfairly treated then take it up with your manager, sometimes just plain old talking can help, if not then speak to someone else you trust and get some advice before letting your emotions get the better of you.
