As women, there is always the reality of being placed in a situation where you are made into a victim. The thing is that we are anything if not resilient, and the one thing that we know for sure is that we are never victims, we survive...
When we saw this video of a guy showing women who have long nails how to throw a punch, it was amusing at first. He looked so awkward with the nails on. But more than that, it hit us into reality, a reality that many women face when it comes to falling prey to crime.
We wanted to share the video with you all, firstly as a way of learning a defensive move that will definitely benefit all of us, but also as a way to remind you that you are never alone.

I wouldn't try and hit with my hands if I had long nails. I would either use the claws, or swing my elbows (but wouldn't recommend elbows if you don't know how!)
