WATCH: Have you ever left a bad review and then got called out for leaving it by the company?

Have you ever left a review for a service or a company?
Everyone is completely entitled to their own views, it's even constitutionalised, freedom of speech... But what we do with our voices is what determines good from not so good.
Each to their own when it comes to practicing freedom of speech, if we were all the same, what a boring world it would be. With that being said, it comes down to the fact that companies and even niche brands want our feedback, that's what reviews are there for.
Of course, you have intention when it comes to writing reviews, you want a message to be received by someone. It's ultimately what the point is, it's feedback. But when the person contacting you comes with a rude agenda, then you best believe that it is not going to work out in the brand's favour.
That's what happened in this case. A woman left a review for a fast food joint called Wendy's in America and received a call from someone who called himself the District Manager. Let's just say it wasn't a pleasant experience.

@bonniedoes I’d love to have another chat with Jeremy, hopefully this time he won’t hang up on me when I catch him lying. @wendys ##liveablewage ##badmanager

Let's just say off the back of watching that video, this is definitely NOT the way to deal with customers. First rule of thumb when it comes to customer service, as much it isn't 100% correct, the customer is always treated as if they are right. This works differently for each circumstance, of course, but you get our drift.
Screaming and getting into an argument with the customer isn't ideal. If you want to learn about patience, then get into customer service, it will sure teach you how to hold your tongue...
What would you have done differently when it comes to handling this woman's feedback?
Check out her response to someone who commented by saying: "Fast Food restaurants pay scales are designed for kids in high school not livable wages today's kids are handed everything and don't have to work."
