Believe it or not, this man is a real doctor, and his latest pic has Tweeps sending their best medical pick-up lines.

This is just one of the many flirtatious comments Dr. Fezile Mkhize has received after he posted this very innocent picture on Twitter.

And with a smile like that, it's no surprise that he's melting a few hearts.

There's no denying this man is attractive, but this isn't the first time the hot doc has captured everyone's attention - and he's even won an award!
