TikToker shares how she spent R8k on dinner in Cape Town
TikToker Lesedi Mashale shared her very elite dining experience with Chef Rikku, who is a Michelin star Chef.
When wining and dining, you should always know what you are getting yourself into.
As much as experiencing a dinner that has all the bells and the whistles is something everyone wants to do, one thing must be determined upfront... the cost.
A TikToker, Lesedi Mashale, who describes herself as 'Bougie' and a lover of all things Luxe, recently shared how she spent a whopping R8,343.25 on dinner.
She shared a video a few days ago about her experience at the exclusive Riku Chef's Counter at the Old Biscuit Mill in Cape Town.
The restaurant was opened by the well-decorated Chef Rikku O'Donnchu and the restaurant is limited to 12 guests a seating.

Lesedi shared her story saying that they had to pay a deposit to visit the restaurant, in addition to that, the bill didn't just include the dinner menu which was R1,995 per person, but also included the drinks pairing which was R1,490 per person.
That's all well and good for a restaurant of this calibre, it's like they were experiencing dinner with a show because the food was the entertainment.
But what got our knickers in a knot was learning that they paid R95,00 for a bottle of water. Yikes! Eating fancy doesn't come cheap.
