TikToker jokes about their big win at the gaming arcade
What arcade prizes used to be and what they are now are totally different...
The holidays bring with them levels of challenges for parents who have to find fun and entertainment to keep their kids occupied.
Taking the kids to the arcade in shopping malls and casinos is something many parents rely on during the holidays and even during the weekends.
Many of the arcades have been upgraded thanks to technology, with many using cards now as opposed to tokens. But there is a sense of nostalgia that comes with using tokens and collecting tickets.
The joy that kids (and adults alike) feel while playing the game can be equated to the feeling they get when they see the reel of tickets coming out of the machine.
However, it is not only the technology that has changed over the years. It seems that the wall of prizes that the kids look forward to at the end of their arcade day has also changed.
A TikToker shared a video of the hundreds, if not thousands of tickets that her family accumulated at the arcade during the holidays.
She joked saying that 'Carte Blanche' would come to investigate because they won big with the tickets. It was like winning a jackpot.

Many people made a point of noting what they would get for those tickets, picking up on the shift in the types of prizes on display nowadays in comparison to back in the day.
Some joked about it, but for the most part, they were just noting how the toys weren't as exclusive as they used to be. Well, the cost of living has changed, so, we should expect everything to change.
