This is the amazingness of what it means to be a woman...
There are some things in life that only has a special meaning to you. That sense of accomplishment that is attached to a particular act of achievement can't be compared to anything.
One of those things happens to be graduating. Education is definitely one of those things that no one can take from you.
And we can understand why graduation means so much. It's a big deal. And it was a big deal when this pregnant student who was 38 weeks into term decided nothing would stop her from graduating.
Graduating before her baby came into this world.
Kelsey Hudie was in the early stages of her labour and dilated when she attended her graduation ceremony last weekend at Henry Ford College.
"I was like nothing is going to stop me, even if I have the baby and have to hold her in my arms,” she told Fox 2 Detroit, beaming with pride, in an interview." (MSN)

"After learning of the predicament, the community college’s faculty gave Hudie permission to sit on stage and called her name earlier than originally intended. She was able to cut in front of everyone and get her diploma first. Hudie had a baby right after earning her diploma, going straight to the hospital." (MSN)
Certainly a very special Mother's Day for her indeed. She just made the cut...
