Updated | By East Coast Radio
The precious intentions of a little girl...
As parents, we have found our fair share of weird things in our kids' play areas and bedrooms. No doubt that some of us have found things that are definitely unidentifiable. But we will leave that topic for another day.
For now, we want to look at this little girl and her intentions when it came to taking money out of her mother's purse. A mother on TikTok decided to share the discovery of money that she found in her daughter's room.
If you're thinking that this kid has some kleptomania habits, then you are wrong. The mom made the discovery whilst cleaning up her daughter's room, and we are sure that there were several things that must have been going through her head as to the reason the money was there.
Especially because the daughter is just five-years-old, and she wondered where would she get this kind of money from. So after figuring out how to open her daughter's plastic toy, she counted a total of $247, which is around R4,000.

This little five-year-old has a world of wisdom and innocence. She was both honest when her mother asked her about the money, and she helped her mom save. The mother admitted in the comments section that had she still had the money in her purse it would've been spent.
Many people came to the comments section saying that the way the little girl reacted to her mother's question was a good indication of her parenting, saying that she wasn't afraid to tell the truth and that the mom's approach was calm and loving, instead of accusatory and angry.
We gotta say, we love this sort of parenting and the videos are both cute and comical. This time finding something in our children's toys gained us some moola...and we are for that...
