Mother calms down her child and it's exactly what every parent should see

We are so sure you can relate to this one...
Life can certainly be stressful. Add in a couple of kids and work, and it can turn into a mad house. One that needs constant mindfulness and the ability to practice patience in its highest form.
It can get messy, but we do the best we can as parents, and when we can't, it's important to remember that everyone has those days as parents and we shouldn't be so hard on ourselves.
This mother shared a video that was captured by her doorbell camera. Her son was having a day filled with big emotions and big feelings, and children sometimes struggle to process these big feelings.
Her honesty about being triggered by his anger was calming to hear. Yes, of course many mothers and fathers are feeling the stresses of parenting, especially because sometimes you don't know if you are doing it right or wrong. But doing your best for your kids and learning how to find your rhythm as a family takes time and won't always be easy, but it's certainly possible.
She proved this theory in her video, and it's not just inspiring for many parents but for everyone in life. Sometimes all it takes is stepping away from the emotions, getting some fresh air and perspective, and things will suddenly feel manageable.
Check out her video below:
"Every technique doesn’t always work and I don’t always know the right thing to say. Sometimes I have to use every fiber of my being just to stay calm and quiet my inner trauma. Sometimes I’m on the verge of crying myself because I don’t have all the answers. And In those moments all I can do is put all of my effort into connecting with my child I’m that moment and making sure they feel my love. This was one of those moments." (Instagram)

More than anything this teaches us that we are all in this parenting adventure together. And if at any point you feel overwhelmed or anxious the way this mother did, then take a minute to speak to someone, whether that is a friend, a partner or your neighbour.
It's best to remove yourself for perspective sometimes, because anxiety can cause more stress and disorder. This mother showed us that a little fresh air can bring calmness and patience, understanding and love, and we all need a little reminder of that sometimes.
