The Birkin bag retails for an estimated R370,000 in South Africa, which makes it one of the most expensive handbags available on the market.
This week, Luxity.co.za, a site that lists pre-owned authentic luxury goods, listed a Hermès Birkin bag on its site.

Within two minutes it was sold!
The bag sold for a massive R220,000, which does make it one of the most expensive bags ever sold in SA.
