Monkeys react to child's stuffed monkey toy

One thing is for certain when it comes to monkeys, they are full of character!
We are all too familiar with monkeys in KZN, so much so that we consider them family.
They always come unannounced, expect food, cause a racket, and don't hold back when it comes to how they really feel.
Safe to say, we are accustomed to their behaviour, but not all people are, especially when it comes to kids.

One kid found that out on his visit to the zoo.
A video that was shared on TikTok shows a young boy sitting in his stroller holding his stuffed monkey toy. He is looking at the monkeys inside the glass enclosure.
Then he throws his stuffed monkey towards the glass. His actions shock the monkeys and they react in a humourous manner.
We love how this kid regrets throwing his stuffed toy as soon as he sees how the monkeys react as if they were going to take it.
According to the video, the people thought that the monkeys believed that the stuffed toy was one of their own...
