There are people around the world who call themselves thrill seekers. They go in search of all types of activities. Usually, the activities are risky.

However, there is a fine line between seeking adrenaline and doing insane things.

Motorists witnessed something like this recently on the N3 travelling from Durban towards the Pavilion near the off-ramp to the N2 towards Stanger.

In the video, we see a man standing on the top of a moving bus travelling on the N3. The bus takes the off-ramp towards the N2 Stanger.

The man doesn't seem like he is in the right state of mind and just stands there without moving. As the bus approaches the bridge and the road signboards, he kneels down and looks like he is trying to climb back into the bus.

June marks Men's Health Month, and what better time than now to highlight this?

Sometimes, people don't know they need help; as a community, it is up to us to normalise men taking care of their health, not just their physical health, but their mental health, too.
