the aches and pains that come with pregnancy – and the technique has gone viral
for its fast-acting ability.
Pregnancy comes with a whole lot of challenges, but while many pregnancies are different, most expectant mothers all complain about how uncomfortable the process is.
From changing bodies to aches and pains, expectant mothers go through the most while pregnant and dads often struggle with the guilt of being unable to experience the same pain and discomfort. However, one man has shared an impressive belly-lifting trick that helped relieve his wife of some of the aches and pains she experiences on TikTok – and users are impressed at how quickly it works.
The dad, known as @daddynewb on TikTok, shared a video, which has been viewed over 28-million times, showing users how he literally helps carry some of the weight of his wife’s pregnancy with a belly-lifting trick that has made all of the difference.
"If you wanna do a favour for that pregnant lady, you’re going to gently lift her belly up, you’re gonna hold maybe four and seven kilograms,” the dad says in the video. "And then when she’s ready, you’re gonna gently lower it back down."
The dad starts the technique by firmly placing his hands under his wife’s stomach and ensures that he has a good grip of her belly before lifting it up. He does this to ensure that he holds the excess weight up instead of his wife. The results were almost instantaneous and the look of relief on his wife’s face has struck a chord with pregnant women around the world.
