Having to be without your craving is nothing short of torture. Anyone who has experienced cravings will tell you that. So to hear that things are slowly taking shape, and the Marmite section at grocery retailers is being topped up on the regular, is somewhat comforting...

This was just in time for World Marmite Day, which was celebrated on the 28th of September. Bianca Coleman, from the Daily Maverick, shared some interesting information about this favourite salty, sticky spread...

"In the book I am reading, Tiny Sunbirds, Far Away by Christie Watson, the patriarch of a Nigerian family, Alhaji, is never without a jar of Marmite, using it to smear on anyone suffering any affliction. It is his miracle cure-all." (Daily Maverick)

Nevertheless, we hope you are excited to have your favourite snack back on the shelves.
