Mom's response to kids going back to school: "Now, I can have my me time"
This is what we call an honest and open response to parenting.
As kids return to school today in KZN, some parents are giving a long sigh of relief.
Because when you work from home or have your own business or if you don't have childcare, it can be quite challenging (for lack of a better word) to manage your kids during the school holidays.
One mother wasn't afraid of sharing her happiness that her kids were returning to school and shared her sentiment on social media.
Content Creator, Koks Lagos from Nigeria shared how she was happy that her kids were going back to school.
Because now she would be able to get some 'me time' and also she would be able to concentrate on her business without having to answer any questions.
We all know how kids can get when they are bored, besides the plethora of questions, that can get tiresome, there's the noise, the constant snack time and the overall messiness of having kids at home.
Of course, it's not all bad, we exaggerate.
