Kenny Maistry opens up about his humbling experience with COVID-19

Everyone has been facing the same dangerous enemy for the past year: the coronavirus. Some people have just had to get more up close and personal with it.
We see the numbers every day but they don't always seem real.

Unless you've been directly affected, all the COVID-19 cases and deaths still seem very far away, even though it's in our backyard.
Many people still do not seem to realise the seriousness of this disease until it is too late.

Carol Ofori has been speaking to COVID-19 survivors and by using her platform, she is hoping that in sharing these stories people will better comprehend the gravity of the situation.
Not only that, but it can also be a source of inspiration and hope for those who are suffering, or have suffered because of this virus.

This week she was given the opportunity to talk to a legend in the radio industry, Kenny Maistry.
Like many others, Kenny was completely unsuspecting and initially thought he just had a sinus infection.
