Joining Uber Eats has changed this granny's lifestyle for the better

Grandma Robinson is teaching us that you shouldn't let your age determine your circumstances.
Every so often we use age as a limitation in our lives. We either say that we're too old or too young to do something.
But the truth is that we are only as old as we act. Anything is possible at any age.
One woman who is living proof of that statement is Susan Robinson - a 73-year-old grandmother who defied all her circumstances and is successfully living a better as a result.
She is living a better life after becoming an Uber Eats driver. And not only has she not let her age stop her, she has not used her disability as an anchor in her life either.
After losing her mother and being placed in challenging circumstances, she was pushed out of her comfort zone.
"I was terribly saddened by the circumstances which led me to join Uber Eats, my lifestyle has changed for the better.” (IOL)
"This career change has brought her financial independence once more and increased her confidence. She was able to move into a retirement home because of the money she receives from deliveries." (IOL)
Her career change has allowed her to not only purchase a vehicle, but also pay towards vehicle insurance and her table is never without food.
Of course, she has mastered her field and knows the busiest times for orders, and makes herself available during those peak times. She also loves the flexibility that the job offers her.

She shared her inspiring words on IOL, saying: “Life is never perfect. We all have our own battles – and yet, we must find a way to overcome them so that we can do something with the life we have been given."
We couldn't have said it better. Don't get sucked in by what you cannot do and do what you can with what you have.
