Believe in yourself, push forward, throw yourself into what makes you happy and what you have been wanting to do your whole life. Your passions are meant to lead to you doing what you are meant to be.

So if you have that inner voice that has been chatting away at you for a while now and you are unhappy with where you are right now in your career, then you hold all the cards, honey.

If our inspiring words don't get you off that seat, then this story of our very own local boy, Njabulo Sithole, will certainly get your attention. When it comes to following your passion, many people come up with excuses such as, "I don't have the capital to pursue it" or "I have a family that needs me" - and that's just the top tier excuses.

But the truth is that when it comes to doing what you love and loving what you do, it's all about readjusting, planning, and making it work. We all have responsibilities but if you really want something, you WILL make it happen.

Njabulo didn't wait for things to work, he made things work for him. He wanted to start his own business, so he did. He used his own kitchen to start off, because it all starts with one simple step.

"Njabulo’s major breakthrough came in 2012 when he decided to use his home kitchen as his baking space, selling to local schools. At this point orders started streaming in, and a few months later he was ready to move to a proper business facility to accommodate his growing business," IOL reports.

He wants his business, Bakers Creationz, to become South Africa’s leading confectionery supplier. We love his vision for his company, that was founded in 2014 and now employs a total of 22 full-time members of staff, with an annual turnover of more than R3-million.

"The business currently supplies a number of South Africa’s leading supermarkets with baked goods, including Pick n Pay Express, BP and Engen garages, as well as select Spar Supermarkets in KwaZulu-Natal. They have recently signed a national contract with Pick n Pay which will see them starting to supply their stores nationwide." (IOL)

So, we ask you, what will you do for you today? Use this story as your motivation. Once you make the effort to start, everything else will fall into place, just walk by faith and do it!
