INSPIRING: How we should be looking at mothers travelling with kids on planes
Updated | By East Coast Radio
Travelling with kids has become sort of a dreaded thing
these days, and we are done with these naysayers.
Could it be that we are harder on parents who travel with young kids?
If that is the case then can we just say that that is completely unreasonable.
Because essentially that means that those of you who are harder on those parents expect families not to travel to please you and your lack of understanding.
After watching a video of a woman who is of the opinion that that babies should not be allowed to travel on flights.
We were a bit taken aback at her lack of empathy.
You see younger kids sometimes experience spurs of pain in their eardrums when they travel by air.
And by no means is that everyone else’s problem, but some sympathy would be humane, to say the least.
Unfortunately, the original video posted by yagirltrose, is no longer available on TikTok.
But the below video is what caught our attention anyway.

Like a saving grace, we see this stitch from an ex-flight attendant. She came in with her favourite flight stories.
Not only was it positive, it was also a great reminder that for every naysayer, there are three or more positive sayers…
It can be a natural reaction to get tensed up when you have a crying child in a contained space. But feeling shame and bad about it because of other people's lack of empathy should not be the way forward.
