Sometimes we just need to listen to that voice pushing us to 'get up and go...'
It's almost the end of the first week of a new month and a lot has happened. Besides the fact that everywhere we look we see the warfare, the hike in the fuel price and the death of one of South Africa's musical gems (Riky Rick), it's safe to say that its been a tough time...
So when we scrolled over this very inspiring, extremely motivational and absolutely 'knock you over the head, back into reality' video, we just had to share it with you all.

This young man is the epitome of what we needed this week. He shows us that we create our own endings. The video was posted on Jonathan Rubain's Facebook page. He is an artist and TV host.
The video showed a young man, Jon-Daniel Witbooi participating in a hurdles race, as the buzzer fires, three athletes go...Jon-Daniel falls just after the second hurdle and it looks like it's the end for him. But he rises up, as a fallen hero and there's a voice, pushing him to get up and go...
