How do you get picky eaters to eat their food?

A little bit of colour magic couldn't do any harm...
We know all too well that sometimes, as parents, we can be total hypocrites.
But the truth is that we do what we have to do for our kids, and sometimes, it is for ourselves.
Getting your kids to eat their food is one of the most trying things a parent can experience. After all, it is your responsibility to ensure that the kids are getting the nourishment their bodies and minds require.
Raising picky eaters can be tricky, but most parents will do what they must. This might translate into giving in to kids' weaknesses for the bigger picture.
When we say weaknesses, we are referring to things that they love.
In this case, a mother used sprinkles to help her three-year-old finish his dinner. It doesn't sound bad; we commend her for doing her best.
Some experts have suggested that it is advisable to give your picky eater one safe food. This helps your child feel secure and lets you stick to your menu options.
Watch how sprinkles seemed to be this young boy's safe food.
